• Bullying is putting someone else down by physical or mental appearance or just because you don't like them ect.  Bully definition- use superior strength or influence to intimidate (someone), typically to force him or her to do what one wants. When you are the bully you feel superior and you try to impress your friends around you. When you are the person being bullied you feel less of a person and look down on yourself since other are too. Not everyone is bullied but everyone once in their life witness someone being bullied or someone being a bully.
• Even when you are the bully people may be putting them down and it makes them mean or cruel. Everyone has a different life some have it hard and some have it better than others. Bullies could have a bad life and are taking it out on other to let them feel better. Some bullies don't really want to hurt others because inside they are hurting themselves. Not everyone has a good life and no one should take it out on other people. 
• Whenever you see someone being bullied, stop it, don't think about yourself and think you'll be the next target. Standing up for someone when they are being bullied helps them realize they aren't alone. You are helping someone when you stop a bully. Don't worry about yourself.The best thing to do when you are being bullied is to either ignore them and realize you don't know what they're going through, or tell an adult. Don't ever let the bully see you weak, that is what they want. You always have to stand strong and even if you do care don't show it until someone who does care that you are in pain is around. Never let someone else bring you down. Bring yourself back up. Don't be a bully and help make bullying stop, completely.

Decide what to use for your compass needle. A compass needle can be made form any piece of metal that can be magnetized. A sewing needle is a straightforward, practical choice, especially since it's an item you'd normally find in a first aid or survival kit that you might have on hand on a backpacking trip. You could also try these other "needles":

You will need any kind of metal pin you can find like;
1.) a paper clip
2.) a razor blade
3.) or a safety pin

Choose a needle "magnetize r." You can magnetize your needle using a variety of methods: tapping it with a piece of steel or iron, rubbing it with a magnet, or rubbing it on another item that magnetizes it with static electricity.

You will need any kind of magnet you can find.

Gather additional materials. In addition to a needle and a magnetizer, you'll need a bowl or jar, some water, and a coin-sized cross section of cork.

Magnetize the needle. Whether you're using a sewing needle or another metal item, rub the item with the magnet. Stroke the needle in the same direction, rather than back and forth, using steady, even strokes. After 50 strokes, the needle will be magnetized.

Special FBI Agents Kevin (Shawn Wayans) and Marcus Copeland (Marlon Wayans) botch an assignment to catch an illegal sale and are scolded by Chief Gordon. The chief does not let them in during the briefing about socialite kidnappings and ransoms, assumed to be done by former embezzler Ted Burton, and asks the other agents who would be willing to act as the bodyguards of the spoiled, vapid sisters, Brittany and Tiffany Wilson, whom they believe to be the next target. Nobody accepts, so when Kevin and Marcus burst in, demanding to be in on the case, they are given the task. They pick up the sisters from the airport and drive them to the Hamptons. On the way, the group gets into a scuffle and crashes on the side of the road, resulting in the sisters receiving cuts on their faces. The sisters refuse to go to the Hamptons with cuts on their faces, as they are vying to become the cover models for Hamptons Magazine and the agents, fearing the wrath of their boss for botching another assignment, decide to go undercover as the Wilson sisters using heavy prosthetic makeup.

At the hotel, Kevin and Marcus find other Special FBI Agents Harper and Gomez undercover as hotel employees, and Chief Gordon as a manager. They meet the Wilson sisters' best friends, Karen, Lisa, and publicist Tori, as well as their chief rivals for the cover of Hamptons Magazine, twins Megan and Heather Vandergeld. They find out that Karen is in love and sleeping with Heather's boyfriend Heath, a poor, out of work actor; although Heath promises to leave Heather for her, he admits to his friend Russ that he will not leave Heather while he has business dealings with her father. Kevin is smitten with reporter Denise Porter. While shopping for an outfit for the charity dinner, Marcus' wife Gina calls and takes the background noise out of context to believe that he is cheating on her. Meanwhile, Latrell Spencer falls in love with Tiffany, unknown by him to be Marcus, and during the auction pays fifty thousand dollars for a date, embarrassing Heather's twenty-thousand dollar date with Heath. Kevin, as Brittany, learns that Denise wants to find a rich man to date and, during Latrell and Tiffany's date steals Latrell's car and house keys and goes on a date with Denise as Latrell. Denise falls in love with him, and unknowingly gives him useful information that Ted Burton has millions embezzled and wouldn't need to kidnap for money.

Later, Kevin and Marcus go to the nightclub and embarrass the Vandergeld twins in a dance-off, but their group's euphoria dies when Karen is distraught at seeing Heath leave with Heather, and drunkenly reveals that the Vandergelds are broke and Mr. Vandergeld only recently paid her father back the money he loaned to keep his house. After Gina's credit card is declined, she finds out that Marcus bought an expensive dress in the Hamptons and goes there to confront him, and angrily leaves him when she sees Brittany Wilson, unknowing it is Kevin. The real Wilson sisters find the dance-off mentioned in the news and slowly realize that they are being impersonated and go to the hotel. Gomez and Harper sneak into Kevin and Marcus' room and discover that there are Wilson impostors and mistakenly undresses the real Wilson sisters in front of the chief, and they are suspended. The chief confronts Marcus and Kevin and fires them.

Kevin and Marcus find out that Mr. Vandergeld's prints were all over the ransom notes and deduce that he has been kidnapping socialites and holding them at ransom to save himself and his family from poverty. They return disguised as the Wilson sisters and appear in the fashion show, embarrassing the Vandergeld twins once more, but the real sisters appear and accuse them of impersonation. Mr. Vandergeld, with the help of Heath and Russ, attempt to kidnap the sisters in plain sight but Marcus stops them, resulting in a gunshot that scares the guests. Mr. Vandergeld nearly escapes with the sisters, but is stopped. He admits that he has also been stealing money from the charity to save his family from poverty, and tries to shoot Denise when he catches her recording him, but she is saved by Kevin. Latrell also takes a bullet for Marcus when Vandergeld tries to shoot him, but ironically rebuffs Marcus not because he is male but because he is black. Gina sees Kevin in disguise and Marcus gives a heartfelt apology and they reconcile, while Denise falls for Kevin's bravery to protect her. Vandergeld is arrested, and Latrell begins pursuing both of the real Wilson sisters. Tori, Karen, and Lisa admit that they had more fun with the Marcus and Kevin version of the Wilson sisters, and they all agree to stay friends and go shopping.

       Most people do not succeed because ,they think about their obstacles
  they do not under stand the value of time, they make excuses and they
  procrastinate. They think bad of themselves. So they lower their esteem.

   If you want to succeed you have to be focus on how your gonna get

Giants Win The World Series 

  Maybe we focused so much on how improbable a Royals’ championship that we lost sight of how absurd it is that these Giants did it yet again. No team in the 2014 postseason had a worse record in the regular season, and the Giants benefited from playing in the same division as the Diamondbacks and Rockies the teams with the worst and second-worst records in the sport.

  Baseball can be pretty ridiculous sometimes. The Giants didn’t seem like they should win the World Series in 2010, when they needed big performances out of dudes like Pat Burrell, Juan Uribe and Edgar Renteria. And they didn’t seem like they should win it in 2012, when they swept a Tigers team that included, at the time, the best pitcher and the best hitter in the world. And it certainly didn’t seem like they should win it in 2014, when they played under.500 ball from June 9 through the end of the season. 

  And yet here we are. Maybe there’s some secret formula to winning World Series that only GM Brian Sabean knows, or maybe they’ve just had some great pitchers and strong bullpens and good luck, and baseball is mostly random.
