The use of drugs can affect your mind in many different ways. drugs can effect the way your body feels or looks. drugs can change how people from looks to personal.

 DRUGS ADDICTION:

Drug addiction has now become a serious problem for our society, especially in the town areas. Many young men and women are falling victims to this. It is a curse not only for themselves but also for the full nation which runs them completely. Taking drugs frequently one becomes addicted. So he get accustomed to going with it. There are some effective reasons for drug addiction such as- frustration, bad association, availability of intoxicant, unemployment, failure in love, degradation of religious values, lack of family peace (etc.) Drugs are expensive. So to manage money the addicts often go for stealing, hijacking, killing and all sorts of misdeeds. Drugs are smuggled into the country. The smugglers carry on drug business freely. As a result, this curse has become widest spread all over the world. This kills drug addicted person slowly but surely. But we cannot allow this to go on unchecked. We must fight against these social cancers. The first thing to do is to highlight its dangerous effect to the people and make them aware of this deadly enemy of social life. The mass media can play an effective role in this respect. Seminars and discussion and debate should be held in schools and colleges and universities. The government alone cannot solve this problem single handed. People must cooperate with it. Otherwise, there will not be any desired result. We should remember the advice, “Prevention is better than cure”.

Knowing who you are and what you believe in is important.Recognizing the influences in your life (both good and bad) makes it easier for you to make important choices about who to hang out with and whether or not to try drugs or alcohol. Instead of going along with what some people are doing, you could spend more of your energy on you, your style, your viewpoints, and your own way of doing things. You can’t control what another person thinks about you. Isn’t it more worthwhile to work on what you think about yourself, and not try to shape someone else’s impression of you?Just be yourself and hang with friends who encourage you to be who you are, and not who they want you to be.

   Alcohol travels through your bloodstream and can damage your brain, stomach, liver, kidneys and muscles. As a teenager, your body is still developing, so damage done to it now can affect the rest of your life.3 Over time, drinking can wreak havoc with your body and mind. -did you know that parenthood is the reason why teens don't graduate highschool.

-did you know that about 25% of the girls in america will get pregnant again about 24 monthsor less after their first baby.

           this may be funny to some people but my sister said that she would not have any kids but she got pregnant at age 17 and is working on her third kid.and what made me believe her so much is the fact that she sounded so serious and determined but now we know not to believe everything we hear.
